| Most people in business understand the importance of good decision making, but many business people think that the ability to make good decisions is instinctive, or a matter of luck. This is far from true. Decision making, is a skill and like any other business skill it can be learnt quite easily with a little application and a lot of practice. |

we will look at what gets in the way of making good decisions, the
pitfalls to avoid and we will explore a system that will help you
to make more, informed decisions. Having
made a decision we have to keep it, so we also look at a process
that will help you follow your decisions through to completion. |
